Migration Management & Mobile Operator Identity Update Guide

Mobile phone operators in Türkiye, including Turkcell, Türk Telekom, and Vodafone, periodically verify the identity information of foreign subscribers in accordance with the Electronic Communications Law. If your identity information is not up to date, your mobile line may be restricted for outgoing calls, SMS, and mobile internet services as required by the applicable legislation.

To resolve this issue, you must first update your identity information in the Directorate of Migration Management (Göç İdaresi) system. After your information has been updated, you should visit your mobile phone operator to update the identity information associated with your mobile line. Once these two steps have been completed, your line can continue to be used without interruption.
