As of 24.06.2024, The Migration Management(Göç İdaresi) has switched to an appointment system. You need to make an appointment for address registration with The Migration Management. Prior to this , foreigners could register their addresses by going to the Migration Management without making an appointment with the Migration Management, but now foreigners are required to make an online appointment through the foreign address registration system.
When you go to the Migration Management for address registration, the Migration Management officers will ask you if you have an appointment for address registration and you will need to show your appointment paper.

How Do I Make an Appointment with the Immigration Authority?
1- Google “göç randevu”.
2- You can change the language option on the page that opens.
3- On the page that opens, you click on the login tab with e-devlet, you log in to the page using your e-devlet password.

4- We log in from the E-Devlet tab
5- From the tab that appears, click on the Make an appointment tab.
6- We click on the “verification” tab from the screen that appears. The immigration administration system will send a code to your registered mobile phone and verification is done with this code. Then, the procedures are continued from the screen that appears and an appointment is made among the appointment dates. We have to be ready at our appointment place on this date.

After completing the steps to make an appointment at The Migration Management for foreigners, we need to print out our appointment paper. When you go to the immigration office on the appointment date, immigration officials at the door will ask you if you have an appointment paper.

If you cannot get an appointment from the above system, the thing to do is to keep trying and get an appointment when you find an opening. However, if you agree with a lawyer, they do not need an appointment to do your business.
